Testimonials

Lana Margaroni

The training was a special experience for me. It pushed me to get out of my comfort zone by not fearing to share creative ideas and made me think about how I can use video as a tool for social change. I loved the opportunity to experiment with new techniques and new material. The best part was being part of a community where people from different backgrounds were eager to learn and share ideas on the same subject. I walked away feeling more inspired and ready to take action with my own projects.

Esteban Lloret Linares

I really had a good time during this training. I especially enjoyed the very short practical exercises that would lead us to use our instinct and collective knowledge, instead of only focusing on technique. The climax of this training was definitely when we showed to people and different organisations from Villaviciosa the videos we had made in collaboration with them.

Post-Production: From Learning to Impact

Participants teamed up with EMA to apply their videomaking expertise to a real-world social impact project as part of the post-training phase. Together, they explored ways to create meaningful content that drives change.

🌱 Sustainability Meets Impact

EMA spearheaded the initiative to focus on sustainability, collaborating with Lana and Esteban to produce the "Sustainability Meets Impact" video. This project showcases the power of storytelling in raising awareness and inspiring action for a greener future.

Participants worked through every stage of post-production - videography, editing, sound design, colour grading, and accessibility - to ensure the final piece was visually compelling and socially impactful.
