The Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association (EMA) is pleased to announce the Partnership Development Unit's (PDU) new initiative: the PDU Engagement Lab!
This dynamic and experiential initiative was designed to be a space to foster collaboration, innovation, and community engagement. Acting as a hub for creativity and knowledge sharing, the Lab provides a platform for EMA members to test new engagement ideas, develop impactful projects, and drive meaningful connections worldwide.
Through workshops, interactive sessions, and hands-on activities, the Engagement Lab aims to work with EMA members and volunteers to enhance their skills, broaden their networks, and contribute to the EMA's vision of global academic and professional excellence.
The Partnership Development Unit, supported by the EMA's Country Representative Network, launched the ‘Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement Training Program’, on November 17th, 2024. This 12-month, certified training program comprises three workshops designed specifically for EMA Country Representatives (CRs). The first workshop on the topic of ‘Communication & Collaboration with Key National Stakeholders’ was held with Country Representatives from Armenia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Sudan and Zimbabwe.
Participants received a 2.5-hour training with information designed to assist them in developing a plan for national-level partnerships. They also spent time as a group engaging through an interactive, digital board designed as a creative workspace for the cohort and received access to a special toolkit with essential resources
