On 18 October 2024, representatives of the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association (EMA) visited the Office of the Deputy Minister of Higher Education of Malaysia, Datuk Ts Mustapha Sakmud, at the Ministry of Higher Education building, Putrajaya, Malaysia.
The meeting highlighted the Erasmus Mundus scholarship programme and our association's work to support prospective and current students and graduates. We also expressed our interest in exploring potential collaborative activities that could be held with the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia to promote the program in Malaysia and further support the alumni community.
EMA was represented by Ronald Willie Binati, Country Representative for Malaysia, Dr Hazariah Mohd Noh, Research and Innovation Coordinator, and Dr Collins Santhanasamy, EMA Board Member and Director of Partnership Development Unit, Malaysian alumni of the Erasmus Mundus programme who serve roles in a voluntary capacity at the association.
